In the spirit of family and relationship building, native & revolutionary ecology, regenerative economies, earth democracy, knowledge sharing & collectivism, we are creating opportunities to bring people together (week before / after as well) in the hopes that this will tighten our wide network, build relationships through non-ordinary moments, provide an example to our kids and each other of a safer, really really green event, open our individual minds, strengthen our bioregion, and connect us to beyond.... oh and a solid full moon weekend in summer here, with fires, music, dance and food is always quality :)
This event is a private event and all people showing up without an RSVP will be turned away at gate. Remember this is a real leave-no-trace event where we do not put out garbage cans or recycling bins, and expect you to return home with what you bring to the site. This way we minimize our impact on the land.

3 full days of nature immersion woven with amazing food, people and music will "fill your bucket".
24 workshops and 5 amazing meals means you can surely leave healthier than you arrived!

MEMBERSHIP
This is a membership-based, collectively organized annual gathering on private land. Membership means belonging- we are in this together. Most importantly, it keeps our gatherings affordable by sharing some of the workload amongst all participants, while increasing camaraderie and fostering moments to build your connections. Attendees will be asked to sign up for a "volunteer membershift" in one of the daily operations necessary for the gathering to actively live up to our Leave No Trace policy. By becoming a member, you make a pledge to come as you are, ready to participate.
VENDING
This year we do provide a vending/sales opportunity Sunday afternoon to our members, for $20-$50 sliding scale (meaning you decide what you can afford). The space offered is around the site, in the garden and forest. There is no indoor space for vendors, so please come prepared for all weather. If you wish to be part of this, pls tell us at - [email protected]
FOOD
Each Member gets access to 5 handcrafted vegan meals served over Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We highly encourage you to bring your own snacks and special foods to meet those special needs.!! Clean well water provided. If you drink coffee, this year we are not offering coffee, pls bring your own coffee and a way to make it. You are encouraged to bring a stove of your own, but we do not allow open fires. We have 2 fires onsite. Please bring your own dishes and water bottle; there is a dishwashing site active during the food servings.
Volunteers for set up the days before, and tear down the days after, get high quality homemade meals as well ;)
Come early if you like good nutrient dense food, meeting people, helping earth based projects, we love our food :D !!

DISCLAIMERS
Covid
We want you all to be safe, and in this day in age we must communicate to be safe. Please ask before you touch another member: CONSENT RULES! In general, we ask that all members respect the space of other attendees, giving them as much space as they want; DONT FORGET TO ASK ;) We are an open air event with sorta loud music, so we can be a little farther away from each other and probably get a better dance-on. Sanitizer will be provided at multiple locations onsite, but you must bring your own personal protective equipment (masks, etc) if you feel the need (we are not able to provide this). We encourage 'Courageous Conversations' and ongoing enthusiastic consent.
Fire & Heated spaces
Here we are nearing fall and the weather in the eve turns cool. Bring a sweater and a change of clothes. We have two burn barrels for light and heat near the dancefloor (covered), a medium sized firepit in the forest dining room (covered), and a large open fire pit in the field (not covered). The house is off limits; thanks for understanding.
Rain & Heatwaves
If we see rain or a heatwave in the forecast we want to tell you we will cover our entire dancefloor! Also, due to the site's permaculture design, there won't be flooded pathways to trudge through, regardless of rains. We are also covering our serving/kitchen area, as well as the forest firepit, and the outdoor dining tables. Other covered spaces exist on our site as well, and with a gathering this size, we'll still have a lot of space to dance under the stars!
